PURPOSE: A multi-directional throwing machine is provided to disperse stones and soils descended from a mountain in all directions to keep stones and soils level with the ground or to form a bank by heading up to be higher than the ground. CONSTITUTION: The multi-directional throwing machine contains grooves formed on the outside of two tires and attached with an elastic rubber plate, so that soils and stones fitted into two tires are blown away according to the increased degree of acceleration by the revolving speed of the tires if two tires rotate while facing each other.
