PURPOSE: A rear seat of a vehicle is provided to relieve impact and protect passengers by distributing shock with inserting a pin of a back frame to a bracket of a wheel house in bumping articles into the back frame. CONSTITUTION: Pins(111) are installed at both sides of a back frame(110) in a rear seat of a vehicle, and a wheel house(500) is formed in a floor panel of the vehicle. A bracket(510) is installed in the wheel house, and opened in the upper part. A groove(511) is formed in the bracket, and the pin of the back frame is inserted to the groove. The rear seat is prevented from being pushed forward by applying impact to the rear seat with moving articles to the back frame. Passengers are protected safely by distributing impact to the vehicle body.
