摘要 PURPOSE: A balancing process used for manufacturing a crankshaft is provided to improve productivity and reduce system failure by precisely measuring the balancing state of a crankshaft during the process of manufacturing the crankshaft. CONSTITUTION: A balancing process for manufacturing a crankshaft is performed step by step on a balancing machine equipped with a measuring unit(1) for measuring the balancing state of a crankshaft, a cleaning unit(2) for cleaning off extraneous matters on the crankshaft, an adjusting unit(3) for adjusting balancing state of the crankshaft by drilling the crankshaft, and a returning unit(4) for returning crankshafts which are not adjustable by the adjusting unit(3). Those units are arranged independently, and the measuring and adjusting process are performed in serial order. The cleaning process is performed by the cleaning unit(2) before the balancing state measuring process, and a resending unit(5) is equipped for sending crankshafts which are sorted as inferior goods to a reproducing process, and resending crankshafts which are readjusted by a separate adjuster after being returned from the adjusting unit(3) into the balancing process therefore the balancing state measuring process is performed precisely, the productivity is increased and system failure is reduced.
