<p>This invention relates to the use of a product of Catuama extract comprising the species Trichilia sp. (preferably Trichilia catigua), Paullinia cupana Sapindaceae, Ptychopetalum olacoides Olacaceae and Zingiber officinale Zingiberaceae, wheren said product is an antidepressant and anxiolytic agent. A product particularly encompassed by the scope of the invention is Catuama extract commercially available as Catuama.</p> |
