PURPOSE: A foaming filler of a vehicle is provided to improve driving experience by reducing noise during traveling with charging a foaming member between a rear inner pillar and a rear outer pillar. CONSTITUTION: A foaming filling material(40) has an upper member(41) and a lower member(42) mounted at the inside of an inner pillar(3a) by plural fixing members(31), and a foaming member(43) inserted between the upper member and the lower member and penetrated by the fixing member. The closed section is formed by jointing both ends of the rear inner pillar and both ends of the rear outer pillar, and filled with the foaming member. The foaming filling material is prevented from being lifted from the pillar in smearing oil or water on the inside of the pillar. Noise and vibration are prevented efficiently during traveling by filling the rear pillar with the filing material.
