[Also in Division G2] Sheets carrying a transferred developed electrostatic image are stripped, progressively across their width, from a xerographic drum 10 by an apparatus having a plurality of orifices 27 which supply compressed air directed against the surface of the drum. A manifold 25 carrying the orifices is tilted in a vertical plane to promote progressive stripping.
