The invention relates to a hydropneumatic pressure reservoir comprising a reservoir housing (10) with a membrane (12) therein, forming a moving separating element between a first chamber, in particular a gas chamber (14) and a second chamber, in particular a fluid chamber (16). In a fluid-free state of the fluid chamber (16) said membrane covers an inlet opening (18) in the reservoir housing (10) with a closing piece (20) and is fixed within the reservoir housing (10) at the free fixing edge (24) thereof, by means of a fixing device (26) and may be displaced as exclusive operating device, working against the gas pressure in the gas chamber (14), by means of the fluid which may flow in through the inlet opening (18). A type of telescopic membrane may be embodied for the separating element with a favourable geometrical relationship of diameter to height of the membrane, whereby the inlet opening (18) is part of a locating dome (28), which extends into the reservoir housing (10) with an axial projection along the longitudinal axis (30) thereof and is a part of the reservoir housing (10), embodied as a stationary component and whereby, at least in the fluid-free state, parts of the membrane (12), located between the closing piece (20) and the fixing edge (24) are housed in a circular recess (32) between the locating dome (28) and the fixing device (26). |
