PURPOSE: A structure of an oil separator of a head cover is provided to improve performance separating blow-by gas and oil. CONSTITUTION: A partition(20) is installed to cover a blow-by gas inlet(11) formed on a lower side of a head cover(10) with a microscopic gap(X) and to have an opening discharge port formed on a side opposite to the blow-by gas inlet. Oil drain grooves(12) are formed on a lower side of the partition on one side of the blow-by gas inlet so that blow-by gas is discharged through the discharge port formed on the partition and an inside of the head cover to a PCV(Positive Crankcase Ventilation) hole(13) formed on an upper side of the head cover.
