摘要 PURPOSE: A TFT substrate for a reflective LCD is provided to overlap gate liens with reflective film formed in pixels of neighboring pixel lines to be used as pixel electrodes for reducing a kickback voltage, thereby minimizing the flickering. CONSTITUTION: A TFT substrate for a reflective LCD includes gate wires for transmitting gate signals to pixels and having traverse gate lines(221,222) and gate electrodes connected to the gate lines on a substrate, capacitance maintaining wires(28,281) formed on the substrate, a gate insulating film formed on the substrate covering the gate lines and the capacitance maintaining wires, a semiconductor layer formed on the gate insulating film on the gate electrodes, data wires having data lines(62) longitudinally formed to intersect the gate lines, source electrodes connected to the data lines and formed on the semiconductor layer, and drain electrodes(66) facing the source electrodes with respect to the gate electrodes and formed on the semiconductor layer, an organic insulating film covering the semiconductor layer and having contact holes(76) for exposing the drain electrodes, and a reflecting film(92) formed of a conductive material with a reflection rate on the organic insulating film to transmit gate signals to neighboring pixel lines.
