<p>The invention relates to a safety helmet with a dimensionally stable helmet shell (2). According to the invention, at least one support section (12, 14) is supported by a mechanical adjustment device on the inside of a designated shell section (15, 16) of the helmet shell (2) facing the head. Said support section (12, 14) can be moved by means of the mechanical adjustment device (10, 21) to different distances from the designated shell section (15, 16) and fixed in the appropriate position in order to adapt the helmet to heads of different shapes or sizes.</p> |
