The fluid displacement pump has the rotor (1) formed as a hollow cylinder with a peripheral row of ports. A working ring (13) is positioned at the level of the ports and attached to the stator. A flow ring (6) is attached to the stator at the side opposite the working ring. The flow ring has at least one peripheral flow port defining a displacement chamber and it defines a gap between its port and the rotor. An auxiliary port in the working ring and-or flow ring forms a working chamber.
