PURPOSE: Bearing fixing structure of a manual transmission is provided to improve endurance by preventing noise or parts from being pushed against thrust with modifying the fixing structure, and to reduce working hours by assembling and disassembling the transmission easily. CONSTITUTION: Bearing fixing devices are installed in an input shaft(2) and an output shaft(4) to prevent a bearing(8) from being pushed against thrust in rotating. The bearing fixing device is composed of a supporting groove part fitting an inner race(20) of the bearing, an assembling part forming divided spiral holes in ends of input and output shafts, and a plug combined with the assembling part to widen divided ends of input and output shafts. Noise is reduced, and durability is improved by preventing the bearing from being pushed against thrust.
