APPARATUS FOR ROTATING AIR TOOL BY USING ROTARY VANE

PURPOSE: An air tool rotating apparatus is provided to reduce abrasion of a cylinder by fabricating a vane of the air tool rotating apparatus by using light metal and exchanging a tip of the vane with a slip type rotator. CONSTITUTION: A casing(23) is provided to protect an air tool. High pressurized air is introduced into a cylinder through an air hole(24). A rotor(8) is provided to mount a needle bearing(27). A vane is mounted in a vane slot. The vane has a plurality of wings and forms a partition in the cylinder. A tip of the vane is formed with a slip type rotator. The cylinder is eccentrically installed with respect to the rotor so as to introduce high pressurized air into the vane. High pressurized air is exhausted through an air exhaust port(26).
