PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vacuum suction device capable of suppressing generation of wrinkles of an exterior bag of a work to be sucked when the work is sucked, and consistently sucking and maintaining the work. SOLUTION: An annular seal member 3 is protruded from a lower surface 2a of a base plate 2 having a hole part 7 connected to a vacuum source with the hole part 7 on the inner circumferential side. A holding plate 4 having a holding part 4a abutting on the lower surface 2a of the seal member 3 on the inner circumferential side when the work is sucked and having the wall thickness smaller than the protrusion length of the seal member 3 is provided. Suction holes 8 communicated with the hole part 7 are arranged at the predetermined intervals in the circumferential direction of the seal member 3 between the holding part 4a and the seal member 3.
