PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a die cast product manufacturing method capable of die casting a hollow product or a product of a shape from which a core cannot be drawn. SOLUTION: One member 7a is formed by a die in one side member casting step of a member casting step 3. When the member 7a is formed in the one side member casting step 3a, an engaging structural body 72a of an uneven shape which is fitted like spigot by forming a labyrinth 9 when the members 7a and 7b are fitted, and a projecting edge 73a on the outer circumference of the joining side end part 71a are formed on the joining side end part 71a of the member 7a. In addition, when forming the member 7a in the one side member casting step 3a, a base part 74a of the projecting edge 73a on the outer circumference of the joining side end part 71a is formed. The other member 7b is formed by the die in the one side member casting step 3b of the member casting step 3 as shown in Fig. 4.
