PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a one-way clutch where holding of its components is made sure by a retainer, so that working efficiency of assembly can be improved. SOLUTION: An incised portion 57 is formed on both sides of a convex portion 53 which should improve the flexibility of the convex portion 53. The upper part of the convex portion 53 made contact with a roller 11 is formed in a circular arc face 69, with a slightly greater diameter than that of the roller 11. The roller 11 is energized by a pressure-generating portion 71 of an according spring 17 which is energized against the convex portion 53 of a second pillar portion 39. Thereby, the roller 11 is held surely and stably by the retainer 21, and is hard to disengage from the one-way clutch device 1 even in a sub-assembly state before the roller 11 is built in an outer ring 9. |
