<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce influence of unknown or unspecified material exerting an influence on measurement accuracy, concerning a mass spectrometer or the like used for analysis of the contamination state of soil or ground water such as surface layer soil gas examination. SOLUTION: A method for calculating a value measured by chemical analysis of a specific object component from measurement data and multi-system basic data related to plural object components is characterized by executing repeated operation limited to correlation of the plural basic data related to the specific component. Especially, the method is effective when executing operation based on various spectrum data acquired by measurement of the specific component.</p> |
