PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a metal component insert molding using an ionomer resin so as not to bring about releasing in association with releasing of the molding from a mold in an interface between the resin and a metal component. SOLUTION: The metal component insert molding using an ionomer resin is formed by injecting the ionomer resin 3 between the mold 5 and an inner cap 2 made of aluminum inserted into the mold 5, insert molding and blowing releasing air toward between the molding surface of the mold 5 and a surface of the injected resin 3. |
