SOLVENTLESS, MOISTURE-CURABLE HOT MELT URETHANE RESIN, FOAM, AND FOAMED SHEET STRUCTURE OBTAINED USING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solventless, moisture-curable hot melt urethane resin excellent in durability and low-temperature flexing properties, a foam obtained using the urethane resin and a foamed sheet structure obtained using the same. SOLUTION: The solventless, moisture-curable hot melt urethane resin used for a foamed layer comprises a hot melt urethane prepolymer comprising as an essential ingredient of the polyol component a polytetramethylene glycol, where the softening point of the hot melt urethane prepolymer is in the range of 30-160 deg.C and the hot melt urethane prepolymer is an isocyanate-crosslinking and/or alkoxysilane-crosslinking urethane prepolymer. The foam is formed by incorporating a gas with the prepolymer, mechanically foaming and subsequently effecting crosslinking. The foamed sheet structure has the foamed layer.
