PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide communication equipment for a pneumatic caisson, which enables clear transmission/reception of voice during talking even in an environment of high in-caisson pressure and surrounding noise, corrects helium speech so as to enable the clear talking even in the use of helium mixed gas, allows persons talking with each other to accurately grasp dangerous situations, etc., even if the persons are in-caisson operators, and enables an improvement in usability for the persons talking with each other. SOLUTION: Constitutionally, the communication equipment, which permits the in-caisson operators 17, etc., in an operation room 3 of the pneumatic caisson to talk with an operator 16 in a main control room 15, is not only equipped with communication apparatuses which are mounted in such a manner as to be brought into contact with the heads or throats of the persons talking with each other but also equipped with a bone conduction type communication device which makes vibrations of bones converted into the voice by the communication apparatuses.
