PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floor mat for a work vehicle in which a non-slip function when getting seated or getting on and off is sufficiently provided, and in which operator's feet can be easily moved to make a supply attitude in supplying complementary seedlings or the like. SOLUTION: In this floor mat to be disposed on a floor 14 form a getting-on/off port 22 to a front side of a seat 12, protruded parts 28 and 29 of irregularity parts 27 on the surface for non-slip effect to the operator's feet are arranged to be directed diagonally rearward in a plan view, and recessed parts 32 and 34 are formed as grooves extended diagonally rearward along the protruded parts 28 and 29.
