PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate a need of a tool for holding a key interlock cam at an operation angle of a key cylinder when a key interlock cable of an automatic transmission is assembled, to reduce the number of parts and to simplify assembling and adjusting work of the key interlock cable. SOLUTION: A guide groove 88 in the arc state formed by an outer circumferential wall and an inner circumferential wall having a predetermined interval in the radial direction against an arc locus of a guide pin moving with an oscillation manipulation of a select lever is formed on an outer circumferential portion of a key interlock cam 60, and when the select lever is at a parking position and a detent pin 54 is operated by manipulation of a knob button of a select knob, the key interlock cam is rotated to an operation angle of the key cylinder by operation of the detent pin, and when the guide groove is engaged with the guide pin 80 and moved from the parking position to another select position, the key interlock cam is held at the operation angle of the key cylinder.
