PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a vibration when an engine roll accompanying with an action of a power plant frame is applied to a suspension cross member and to inhibit a reduction of operation stability. SOLUTION: In the suspension cross member structure, the power plant frame 10 is laid between a power unit and a differential 14. The structure is provided with elastic mounts 32, 33, 34 supporting the suspension cross members 14, 15, 16 to a car body and arranged at three points in a forward/ rearward direction at both sides. In the elastic mounts, the intermediate elastic mount 33 is arranged at the inside of the car body against a straight line L1 connecting respective elastic mounts 32, 34 arranged at a front end and a rear end in a plan view.
