PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To install a cover member of hard resin having roughly hook-shaped engagement parts at a right and a left ends onto a metal plate exposed to the outside. SOLUTION: A protrusion 10 is provided on an inner surface of this cover member 1, and a lock hole 20 where the protrusion 10 is inserted is provided in the metal plate 2. After the protrusion 10 is inserted into the lock hole 20, the roughly hook-shaped engagement parts 11, 13, 12, and 14 are engaged with right and left end parts of the metal plate 2.
