PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a die for a punch press capable of forcibly discharging punched scraps outside the die, and preventing scraps from being stuffed during the high-speed pressing. SOLUTION: By providing an outside air introduction hole 11 which is communicated with the outside in a surface facing a punch of a die plate 4 in the vicinity of a hole 14 formed in one end of a die bush 5 to introduce the outside air, the air flows therein to forcibly discharge punched scraps 2 from the die.
