SOLUTION: Upper guide pieces 41 are slidably inserted in four first guide grooves 39 radially cut in a fixed guide block 37, working blocks 42a (42b) disposed above and below the guide block 37 are integrally turned around the axis O, and guide pins 47 of round shaft shape at upper and lower ends of the upper guide pieces 41 are fitted in second guide grooves cut in the working blocks 42a (42b) in an extending manner in the direction. Each first holding body 40 of perpendicular rod shape is fitted to the guide pins 47 at the lower end. The outer circumference of the vessel 6 is held by turning the working blocks all together by the predetermined angle, and narrowing the space of the four first holding bodies 40.
