The holder (1) consists of the holder element (2) cooperating with a fastening (12). The holder element has a slotted shank (3) on which is a back-tapered groove (7) for taking the wire (18). The groove lies across the longitudinal axis (4) of the shank. The fastening is in the form of a cap-shaped part in which are two incisions (15). The inner wall (16) of the fastening has at least one ridge (17) clipping into a grove in the form of a circle-sector on the shank of the holder element.
