PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately and surely detect falling in the whole area of a receiving plate upper surface without generating an insensitive area, and freely discriminate the size of a falling object by the size of the detecting output. SOLUTION: This falling object detecting device has a receiving plate vibratingly supported by butting with the falling object, and an acceleration sensor installed on this receiving plate. The acceleration sensor detects the falling of the falling object on the receiving plate by detecting vibration. |
