TRANSPARENT MOLDED PRODUCT, PLASTIC LENS, AND THEIR MANUFACTURING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a molded product suitable for optical applications excellent in transparency and releasability from a mold, and their manufacturing methods. SOLUTION: The transparent molded product comprises a polymer composed of a component (A) and a component (B), where the polymer further contains a component (C) and a component (D). The component (A) is an isocyanate- terminated prepolymer which is a reaction product of an aliphatic diisocyanate bearing a cyclic structure in the molecule with a diol having an average molecular weight of 300-2,500. The component (B) is one or more aromatic diamines represented by general formula (I) (wherein R1 , R2 and R3 are each independently either of methyl, ethyl and thiomethyl groups). The component (C) is one or more monophosphates represented by general formula (II) (wherein R4 is a 1-10C alkyl group; and n1 is 1 or 2). The component (D) is one or more diphosphates represented by general formula (III) (wherein R5 and R6 are each independently a 1-10C alkyl group; and n2 and n3 are each 1 or 2).
