<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connector for a synthetic resin pipe which prevents a movable sleeve from moving backward in a pipe body during press fit so as to cause a pipe material pushed out by the movable sleeve to be acceptable and further prevent the movement of the sleeve from being inhibited by clamping the pipe material with the movable sleeve and the flange. SOLUTION: The connector is provided with a connector body 20 having an inserting tube body 21 to be inserted into a connection end 11 of the synthetic resin pipe 10, and the movable sleeve 30 which moves in the axis direction with respect to the inserting tube body 21 and clamps the connection end 11 with the inserting tube part 21 so as to connect the connection end to the pipe 10. The connector body 20 comprises a moving preventing part 22 in contact with an end face of the pipe 10 so as to prevent the pipe 10 from moving in a connection direction as the movable sleeve 30 moves, a receiving part 23 for receiving the pipe material 10a pushed out by the movement of the movable sleeve 30, and a protrusion preventing part 24 which is provided in a position covering the end 11 of the pipe 10 in contact with the movement preventing part 22 so as to prevent the pushed pipe material 10a from protruding outwardly.</p> |
