<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To cure a winding habit wound on a drum by increasing electric resistance of a reinforcing layer, and heating a flexible fluid transport pipe by flowing an electric current to this electric resistance. SOLUTION: A cushion layer 2 is formed by winding a rubber coated tape on an inner tube 1 composed of plastic, the reinforcing layer 3 is arranged by spirally winding a metallic tape in plural layers on the cushion layer, and mechanical strength is increased while holding flexibility of the inner tube 1 to endure pressure even if medium-high pressure is applied as internal pressure. A presser tape layer 4 is arranged by winding the rubber coated tape on the reinforcing layer 3, and a protective layer 5 arranged by being extrusively covered with the plastic is arranged on the presser tape layer 4. In such a flexible fluid transport pipe, an insulating layer 4 is arranged between layers of the reinforcing layers 3 and 5 arranged in the plural layers, the cross-sectional area of the respective layers is reduced, and the electric resistance is increased. The flexible fluid transport pipe is heated by carrying an electric current to one layer or the plural layers among these layers.</p> |
