CEMENT DISPERSANT, ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD AND ITS USE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cement dispersant giving a high dispersibility to cement with an addition of a small amount especially even in high water reducing rigion, its manufacturing method, and a cement composition using it. SOLUTION: The cement dispersant contains a copolymer comprising a structural unit (III) derived from a specified unsaturated polyalkylene glycol ether- based monomer (a2) and a structural unit (II) derived from a specified unsaturated monocarboxylic acid-based monomer (b) as essential components, where the unit (III) shares <=50 mol.% of the total units of the copolymer and the unit (II) contains at least a unit derived from methacrylic acid (salt). The equivalent number of carboxyl group in the copolymer as converted in an unneutralized form is <=3.30 meq/copolymer of 1 g.
