PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an injection sleeve which is provided with corrosion resistance to the molten metal of aluminum and heat insulating properties, and in which chippings are hard to be occurred in the tip part connected to the back face of a die. SOLUTION: The injection sleeve is provided with a composite structure consisting of inner and outer two layers. Further, the first part 21 occupying the part other than the vicinity of the tip of the inner cylinder 2 consists of a material having excellent erosion resistance, and the second part 22 occupying the vicinity of the tip of the inner cylinder 2 consists of a material having excellent toughness. In this example, the outer cylinder 1 consists of carbon steel S48C for machine structures, the first part 21 of the inner cylinder consists of a nickel alloy consisting of, by weight, 4.3% Si, 21% Mo and 3.0% B, and the balance Ni, and the second part 22 of the inner cylinder consists of a nickel alloy consisting of 5.5% Si, 11% Mo and 1.8% B, and the balance Ni. The outer cylinder 1 and the inner cylinder 2 are mutually joined in a metal structural way by using a HIP( Hot Isostatic Press) process.
