PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce mounting man-hour in mounting a noise filter to a shroud. SOLUTION: A locking pocket part 122 is integrally molded in a shroud body 110 so as to be projected in the die cutting direction of a die for molding. Thus, a pocket part 122 can be formed in a simple die structure. Therefore, the locking pocket part 122 can lock a filter 230 (hang-up) and one bolt 240 can fix the filter 230 (fastening), so that the mounting man-hour (time) can be reduced while fixing the filter 230 to the shroud body 110 (shroud 100) more strongly comparing with the case of locking and fixing it only with a locking claw.
