PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a duplex cup comprising an outer cup and an inner cup, which particularly will not be easily cooled off. SOLUTION: The inner cup 2 is fitted into the outer cup 1 having a circular rim 4 on the outside of the upper periphery end. The circular rim 4 is abutted on the circular rim 3 provided on the inner cup 2 to form a space 6 between the outer cup 1 and the inner cup 2. When a cup is formed into such a duplex constitution, the cup will not be easily cooled off, using the space 6 as a heat insulating part, for example, in a case that a hot drink is poured into the cup.
