PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To overcome such a problem that a cam follower is worn out and its operation speed cannot be increased as the result of slip and inversion of the cam follower which is abutted on the groove of a cylindrical groove cam. SOLUTION: This device is constituted of: a cylindrical rib cam 17 which is rotated in synchronism with the vertical motion of a slide 5; and a rocking lever 13 to the one end of which the cam follers 21A, 21B with which cam surfaces 17a, 17b are clamped and which are driven following to the displacement of the cam surfaces are pivotally attached and to the other end of which a first draw punch 14 is engaged. Hence the cam followers 21A, 21B are rotated only in one direction. Further, the circumferential speeds of the both are equalized at any contact point between the cam surfaces 17a, 17b and the cam followers 21A, 21B. Thus the slip of the abutting surface is eliminated. Because the setting shafts of the cam followers 21A, 21B are off-centered to the outside diameters of the cam followers and have turning means, pre-load can be imparted to the cam surface, rolling rotation is performed without slipping and the displacement of the cam is faithfully transmitted to the draw punch 14.
