PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate decision of proof reading completion of a form plate by mistake from newspaper surface data in which reviewal is not completed. SOLUTION: A producing system for a newspaper surface manages a plurality of elements made of at least an article, an image and a photograph placing on each of surfaces of the newspaper, reads the managed elements, arranges the elements on each surface to form the surface data, and decides reviewal completion of the formed data to product the newspaper surfaces. The producing system comprises a composition terminal 5 for designating a surface data file 13 in which an arrangement of the respective elements on the surface is established of the formed surface data as established surface data, and a composition edition server 6 for deciding the reviewal completion of the form plate when the file 13 is designated as the established surface data. |
