SOLUTION: This color filter is manufactured to have a periodic structure that repeats filter regions 3, 4, 5 formed by using a laminated structure 2 consisting of thin films different in refractive index and transmissivity and deforming the structure 2 in the thickness direction so that the regions 3, 4, 5 have the prescribed thicknesses respectively. |
