<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provider a PET(polyethylene terephthalate) double-layer drawing blow molded container, which poses no risk of harming human bodies, does not affect contents to make it emit foul smell or deteriorate, and has a good appearance when a PET waste is recycled as a molding material for the blow molded container. SOLUTION: An outer layer shell is fitted tightly and fixed beforehand to the cavity surface of the female type of an injection molding die for pre-forming, and an inner layer shell is formed integrally on the inside of the outer layer shell by an injection molding process to make a double-layer pre-form, which is shaped into the PET biaxial drawing blow molded container. The molding material of the inner shell 200 is a virgin molding material, while that of the outer shell 100 is a recyclable one. In making the double-layer pre-form, the average wall thickness of the outer layer shell is set to be D1 and that of the inner layer shell is set to be D2, wherein the ratio between D1 and D2 is determined to be within a range of 5.5:0.8 to 0.8:3.5.</p> |
