PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device which enables testing by visual observation and grasp the property of a stake correctly. SOLUTION: The device comprises a plurality of supporting mechanisms B among the 1st base 1, the 2nd base 2, and the 3rd base 3, and a stake A which is placed among them, wherein each members of the supporting mechanism bind the stake A from up side and down side to support the stake A at a predetermined intervals in its longitudinal direction. One part of the stake A is born by a support mechanism C so as to rotate around the horizontal axis. On upside and downside of the other end of stake A, a pressurizing mechanism D which gives stake A downward pressure, and a pantograph part 10 is provided to support the stake A so as not to deviate in the direction other than the direction which is pressed for by the pressurizing mechanism D when it is load.
