PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air direction adjusting device, in which normal mode for adjusting air direction and an air direction characteristic mode for waking air concentrated or dispersed can be switched easily. SOLUTION: There are provided a normal mode for adjusting an air direction, by turning a plurality of vanes 3 in parallel from each other and an air direction characteristic mode for dispersing or concentrating air blown out of an air blowing port by each of the vanes 3 and both the normal mode and the air direction characteristic mode can be switched freely by a mode switching means 6, so that the normal mode for freely adjusting the air direction of air blown out of the air blowing port by each of the vanes 3 and the air direction characteristic mode for dispersing the air blown out of the air blowing port, and for blowing the air against passengers or concentrating it and blowing it can be switched easily.
