PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a warm water heating system capable of realization of electric power saving. SOLUTION: The need of heating and so on is eliminated in the time other than a heating season, so that an operation of heating becomes unnecessary, and hence the need of electric power supply to floor heating control instruments 43, 44 and a heating radiator and a control instrument 45 is eliminated. Further, a season-off-switch is provided on a kitchen control instrument 42 as an interruption switch because electric power consumption is wasteful, which switch is turned on to permit a microcomputer 50 to grasp the state of the season-off- switch through a communication circuit 54, and if it is in an on-state, then electric power supply to those control instruments 43, 44, and 45 is interrupted.
