PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a head gasket 1, to be interposed between an engine block 10 and an engine head 13, in which the concentration of surface pressure will never be caused by a stopper to the circumference of a bore and its sealing performance can thus be prevented from being diminished, of which the structure is relatively simple, and of which the manufacture can be simplified. SOLUTION: In the head gasket 1 to be interposed between the engine block 10 and the engine head 13, a bore sealing part 6 is provided with a self-sealing packing 7.
