PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fitting rendering panel bodies resistant to warping. SOLUTION: For a door panel 20, the outdoor side of a framing 35 is bonded to an outer steel plate 36 but the indoor side of the framing 35 is not directly joined to a inner steel plate 37. To keep them from being directly joined to each other, a heat insulating board 41 being greater in thickness than the framing 35 is positioned between the outer steel plate 36 and the inner steel plate 37. Thus, because stiles 33, 34 and 40 extending in the direction of thermal stretching are not directly joined to the inner steel plate 37, the outer steel plate 36 and the stiles 33, 34 and 40 are allowed to stretch uniformly by heat irrespective of the inner steel plate 37, so that the stiles 33, 34 and 40 are kept from warping and the warping of the door panel 20 can be effectively prevented. This ensures that a latch bolt 61 or the like of a lock case 60 functions properly. The heat insulating board 41 can secure sufficient heat insulation properties and strength of the door panel 20.
