PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a locking and unlock system for a door capable of locking and unlocking a door by only transmitting a signal to a FAX circuit of an ISDN-ADSL terminal adapter. SOLUTION: This locking and unlock system for a door using the FAX circuit 5 of the ISDN-ADSL terminal adapter 3 is formed of a lock device 2 fitted to a part near the door and for detecting the electric signal from the FAX circuit of the ISDN-ADSL and a lock driving unit 1 for locking and unlocking this lock device 2.
