PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To dispense with special crane equipment for riprap leveling work and enable work for leveling a slope face of a rubble mound. SOLUTION: Spud hoisting equipment and an equipment case 8, which are mounted on a working barge 1, are constituted in such a manner as to be made movable back and forth in a spud direction on the working barge 1 by a cylinder for forward/backward motion. Spud holding devices, which make a spud 2 brought into pressure contact with front and rear surfaces by drive of a pressing cylinder so as to inhibit the spud 2 from falling, are disposed before and behind a surface, without a rack rod 3, of the spud 2 on the working barge 1. After the spud 2 is made to ascend to a prescribed height via the rack rod 3 by a pinion 4, front and rear pressure contact members of the spud holding devices are brought into pressure contact with the spud 2. After that, the pressure contact of the pressure contact members with the spud 2 is released after the equipment case 8 having the pinion 4 is made to retreat from the spud 2, so that a fall of the spud 2 can make the submarine riprap tamped for leveling.
