PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a soil improvement device in which the necessity of a rod as a basic function generating the risk of a soil improvement machine is eliminated and the state in a low head is formed. SOLUTION: The soil improvement device 1 is composed of an unturned center shaft 2 arranged at a center, spiral screw frames 3 rotatably supported to the center shaft 2 and a plurality of agitating blades 4 installed to the screw frames and independently rotated. Accordingly, the device can be moved vertically by revolving the screw frame by the rotation on their own axes of each agitating blade, correspondence by suspension wire is made possible to eliminate the necessity of the rod.
