PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixture capable of accurately positioning wood at machine screw fastening time, capable of firmly fixing a steel frame material and the wood, and superior in workability. SOLUTION: This fixture 5 is composed of a synthetic resin nut member 6 and a bolt member 7 mutually joined by being installed in an installing hole 12 formed in a flange 11 of the steel frame material (H shape steel l) from both sides of the flange 11. The nut member 6 has a nut cylinder part 61 fittable in the installing hole 12 of the flange 11, and having a columnar external shape, and a nut head part 62 having a polygonal external shape. A female screw hole 63 penetrating through the axis is formed in the nut cylinder part 61 and the nut head part 62. While, the bolt member 7 has a base board part 71 having a diameter larger than the installing hole 12 of the flange 11, a male screw part 72 projecting to one from the axis, and an almost plate-like wood installing plate 73 erected on the opposite side of the male screw part 72 from the base board part 71. The wood is applied to this wood installing plate 73, and is fastened by a machine screw.
