PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve fixing strength of a shift lever boot, to prevent removal of the shift lever boot, to enable replacement of a single unit of the shift lever boot, and to execute parts replacement with a low cost and ease. SOLUTION: According to the present invention, in a mounting structure of a shift lever boot provided by being fixed to a fixing member to be mounted on a constituting member whose one end is fixed to a lever shaft of a shift lever protruding from an opening of the constituting member of a vehicle so that it covers the lever shaft with the other end mounted to the constituting member around the opening, the shift lever boot is provided with a boot-side fixed part to be fixed to the fixing member at the other end and mounted to the boot-side fixed part with a reinforcing member, and the fixing member is constituted of an inner fixing member and an outer fixing member for fixing the boot-side fixed part and the reinforcing member by holding them in engagement with each other.
