The bearing support has a bearing block with two spaced bearing sections between which the end of the arm pivots on a bridge dowel (6). The ends of the dowel are mounted in the bearing blocks and the middle section receives the pivot arm. The dowel has a longitudinally extending slit. The dowel, at the gaps between the bearing support sections of the bearing blocks and the swinging arms, has cross slits (25,26) so that the middle section (27) of the dowel has no play at the point where the longitudinal opening of the swinging arm passes over it.
